Founder – Susan Galvin
Susan Galvin is a Finnish-born professional watchmaker and entrepreneur who founded Galvin Watch Company in 2020. After graduating from the Finnish School of Watchmaking, she developed her expertise working for renowned luxury brands including TAG Heuer and Omega. Following years of experience in mechanical watch servicing and manufacturing, she pursued her lifelong dream of establishing her own watch brand. Drawing inspiration from her upbringing in Finnish Lapland, Susan personally designs the brand's collections and remains deeply involved in every stage of production, from design and material selection to assembly and after-sales service. Her dedication has made her one of the few female watchmakers globally to establish and lead an independent watch brand.

Susan Galvin also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Galvin Watch Company, overseeing the brand's strategic direction, product development, and manufacturing operations. Under her leadership, the company has successfully launched multiple collections and expanded its presence among independent watch enthusiasts worldwide. Known for her hands-on approach, she continues to assemble and regulate many of the watches herself in the Sydney workshop while maintaining the brand's commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and innovation.
